Tasks

-Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and hazard assessments. -Support incident investigations and corrective actions. -Coordinate with subcontractors and construction management teams to ensure site-wide compliance. -Maintain accurate safety logs, incident reports, and inspection records. -Oversee and enforce safety protocols. -Ensure compliance with all OSHA standards and company safety programs. -Promote a proactive safety culture through consistent engagement and communication. -Participate in daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.

What You Bring

-Effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. -Prior experience on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects is highly preferred. -OSHA 510 certification is required. -Comfortable leading safety meetings and interacting with teams at all levels. -Must be able to pass site-specific background and safety onboarding requirements -Ability to work long hours and weekends in a physically demanding environment. -CHST, STS, or similar safety certification. -Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. -Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. -Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing job site conditions. -Minimum of 5–7 years of construction safety experience.
