Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
Perform routine inspections, including vacated units and walk the property
Investigate, address and help to resolve tenant complaints, disturbances and violations
Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses

Apartment Manager experience is REQUIRED, including supervisory and leadership skills to delegate and manage the performance of others, including counseling, coaching/training and development
Sales management and marketing knowledge, skills and abilities to sell services to new and existing customers
Stable work history is REQUIRED
Stress-management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Apartment Industry experience is REQUIRED
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and highly organized
Experience working with conventional apartment communities of at least 200+ units
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
