Master Planning Lead

Overview

Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule to align demand, capacity, and inventory.

Tasks

-Prepare the information and data required for the MPS meeting for the various product families, gather accurate data, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all planning parameters are up to date. -Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align production plans with business objectives. -Monitor and adjust schedules to address changes in demand, supply disruptions, or capacity constraints. -Actively participate in weekly supply and demand alignment meetings, daily production briefings, and Gemba walks to support continuous improvement and operational visibility. -Create Monthly / Quarterly production Plans for finished goods and subassemblies to meet inventory and service goals, considering capacity constraints and resource availability. -Analyze Performance Metrics such as Service level performance, forecast accuracy, Schedule adherence, Inventory turnover. -Review and maintain planning parameters such as lead time, order interval, safety stock levels, demand forecast, and lot size for all products planned through MPS. -Analyze capacity and material availability to ensure feasibility of the production plan.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. -Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, LeanDNA). -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. -Adaptability in a dynamic environment -Data-driven decision-making -Attention to detail -APICS CPIM certification is a plus. -3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
