Tasks

-Ensure clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders. -Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. -Review and approve project expenditures and financial documents. -Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. -Identify opportunities for improving construction processes and operational efficiency. -Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of team members. -Responsible for Profit & Loss of projects as well as the G&A of the Regional Office. -Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. -Identify and track upcoming opportunities for recommendation to Executive Management to pursue. -Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. -Develop and implement construction operations strategies aligned with company goals. -Lead and mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, and other construction professionals. -Engage in the preconstruction process to ensure production rates, opportunities, risk, labor rates are consistent with companies processes. -Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly. -Promote a culture of safety on construction sites and ensure all safety protocols are followed. -Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting. -Address and resolve any client concerns or issues related to construction projects. -Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and performance. -Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and building codes. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. -Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals. -Implement and lead cost-control measures to maximize profitability. -Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to gather intelligence on upcoming projects and client needs.

What You Bring

-This work environment may involve minimal exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. -Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. -Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, DBIA, PMP) are a plus. -Experience with HCSS & Viewpoint Vista are a plus -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. -Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time. -Proven experience (typically 15 years) in construction management, with a track record of successful project delivery. -Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. -Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. -Alternate Delivery Procurement Experience are a plus (e.g. Design-Build, CMAR, CMGC, etc). -Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. -Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. -Proficiency in project management software and tools.
