-Arrange vacation/demobilization tickets for employees -Support employees with HR queries, documentation & grievance handling -Handle leave management, payroll coordination & records -Coordinate with medical, camp, and internal teams -Ensure timely renewal of visas, insurance, and gate passes

What You Bring

-Yard/site experience of handling a large workforce is preferred -Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a company of comparable size and industry, based in the United Arab Emirates -Good communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred -Bachelor’s degree/diploma in HR -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
