  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Processing eviction requests
  • Booking and conducting property inspections

  • We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic-only licences at this time.
  • Earn a nationally recognised qualification (inc. ARLA)
  • Drivers Licence Check
  • Proof of Address
