Tasks

-Conduct role-play assessments and share assessment links to support ongoing learning initiatives. -Support the Training Manager with the design, delivery, reporting, and data management of training initiatives. -Create assessments, recommend improvements, and engage with stakeholders to enhance learning engagement and outcomes. -Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel; identify areas for improvement based on results. -Facilitate and deliver training sessions, including IGNITE programs and ad hoc sessions, aligned with CO & FF objectives. -Develop and manage quizzes, briefing packs, and other training materials; maintain databases and report on outcomes. -Support the rollout of new product releases and design relevant training content in coordination with the Product Development team. -Maintain comprehensive records of training participation and results; compile reports for the Training Manager and partner teams. -Collaborate with internal teams and partner training units to ensure consistency and alignment in training delivery. -Ensure compliance with TDRA and internal audit requirements by organizing and updating training documentation.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. -Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools, and web conferencing platforms. -Proven track record in designing and delivering classroom, online, and blended learning programs. -Strong knowledge of instructional design, e-learning development, and adult learning principles. -Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations. -In-depth understanding of du Consumer & Enterprise products and services. -Bachelors degree (minimum). -5-7 years of overall experience in the telecom industry. -Strong organizational, reporting, and time management skills. -3-4 years of experience in training and development management. -Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and training content creation. -Excellent English communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
