Tasks

The Full Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. This role requires a solid understanding of web technologies, databases, and frameworks. -Support and enhance existing applications, ensuring stability and performance. -Work on real-world projects in AI, drones, and new digital solutions for the construction industry. -Develop, test, and deploy applications and prototypes that bring Soprema’s innovations to life. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in languages such as Python, JavaScript (React/Node.js), or similar modern frameworks. -Work with RESTful APIs, cloud services (GCP/Azure), and databases (SQL/NoSQL) to build reliable solutions. -Contribute to AI-related projects (e.g., computer vision, predictive models, automation), helping to bridge the gap between research and production. -Collaborate with IT leads, product managers and New Tech Lab managers to track the progress of ongoing projects.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar). -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. -Interest in AI/ML concepts (no need to be an expert, but curiosity and motivation are key). -Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#). -Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a “can-do” mindset. -Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team. -Be proactive in suggesting new tools, frameworks, or AI integrations that could improve our workflows. -Recent graduate (0–3 years’ experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. -Understanding of APIs, MCP’s, cloud platforms, and databases.
