Tasks

-Maintain a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance -Perform physical activities such as twisting, stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders and stairs, walking on uneven ground, working on scaffolds above ground, and in ditches below ground. Up to seven hours of an eight-hour shift are spent standing -Budget Management: Oversee and control project expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget while providing regular financial reports that demonstrate project profitability and efficiency -Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate materials, labor, and equipment for the project, sourcing unique materials or specialized subcontractors as necessary, to maximize resource utilization and reduce waste -Quality Assurance and Compliance: Achieve project delivery in strict adherence to industry quality standards and building codes, guaranteeing compliance and high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations -Use all required PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vests, earplugs, fall protection gear, and respiratory equipment, as provided -Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress and maintaining clarity on project status, adjustments, and milestones -Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan that defines scope, budget, and timeline, achieving alignment with all departments and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met within specified constraints -Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks unique to specialized projects, including technical challenges and regulatory hurdles, by developing and implementing proactive risk management strategies that ensure project continuity and success -Climb on light and heavy equipment, carry, and use hand tools effectively -Wear puncture-resistant footwear, long pants, and shirts with four-inch sleeves

What You Bring

-Work comfortably in confined spaces without fear and demonstrate the ability to read GHS labels on containers through color recognition -Handle constant lifting of 10 lbs, frequent lifting of 25 lbs, and a maximum single-person lifting capacity of 50 lbs (assistance required for items over 50 lbs). Tasks may involve reaching at, above, or below shoulder height -Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes related to carpentry, drywall, concrete, flooring, woodworking, and finishes -Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -Experience in managing small to mid-sized construction projects, with a focus on interior renovations and maintenance services -Exhibit good finger manipulation skills for precise tasks -A valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle and safely transport building materials to job sites -Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources -Have depth perception to identify hazards such as excavations and to hear horns or sirens from moving equipment -Adaptability to Unique Project Requirements: Demonstrate adaptability by responding to project-specific challenges, such as unconventional timelines, high-security protocols, or advanced technical specifications, ensuring project requirements are met with precision and flexibility
