Description

• Support consultants with shortlisting and coordinating interviews
• Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records
• Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Provide an outstanding level of candidate care throughout the process
• Conduct telephone screenings and initial interviews to assess suitability
• Build strong talent pools and nurture long-term candidate relationships

Requirements

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Permanent Recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in helping people find the right opportunities.

• Experience in recruitment or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
• Confident speaking with candidates at all levels
• Write and post compelling job adverts
• Comfortable using technology and online sourcing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work quickly, stay organised, and prioritise effectively
