Overview
Model mechanical, plumbing, and process systems using Revit for industrial and commercial projects.

Tasks
-Create material takeoff reports to aid in project estimating and procurement -Model mechanical, plumbing, and process piping systems using Revit -Create and maintain 3D equipment models to show final utility connections and coordinate different subcontractor trades -Collaborate with design and construction team to optimize design, run Navisworks coordination meetings, and prepare clash detection reports -Develop deliverable drawings for schematic, permit, construction, shop, and fabrication level of detail projects

What You Bring
-Experience producing permit and construction drawings -Experience working on Design/Build projects is a plus -Apply basic knowledge of building codes, industry standards and other criteria in the development of project designs -Degree related to BIM or Construction related design/modeling -1-5 years of modeling experience with mechanical, plumbing and/or process systems for industrial and commercial buildings -Experience using Revit
