Process Operator Lamination (Shift)

Overview

Operate lamination shift, maintain equipment, ensure safety and report production.

Tasks

-Provide support for holiday, sickness, training and maintenance cover. -Ensure that the operation and related tasks are conducted in a safe working manner and that any incidents/ accidents and hazards are duly reported. -Ensure that the work place, equipment, vehicles and machinery are maintained in a clean and tidy condition. -Liaise with the shift supervisor and relevant engineering department as to the condition of the production equipment or problems. -Complete shift reports detailing production, downtime, to include any specific data required relevant to shift. Liaise with the Shift Supervisor and Day Support with regard to the operations of the shift. -Observe and comply with all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures and to ensure that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.

What You Bring

-Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including both days and nights. -Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders. -Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality are consistently met. -Basic IT proficiency preferred, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Good awareness of health and safety practices, with a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment. -Team oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to shared goals.
