Tasks

B2B Contract Administration & Profitability: Manage the full lifecycle for strategic B2B customer contracts, with a focus on maximizing financial outcomes, ensuring compliance, and adapting to evolving business needs. Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to achieve value-driven results. Commercial Pipeline & Financial Planning: Oversee the commercial pipeline, including greenfield and competitive accounts. Lead account planning including financial modelling, and internal bid management to support commercial activities and profitability. Project Leadership: Direct regionally strategic projects that drive business growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Channel Partner & Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts to support business growth and partnership objectives. Develop strategies to optimize channel performance and deliver on financial targets. Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, to align Orica’s value proposition with customer needs. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, supply chain, operations) to ensure seamless contract execution and risk mitigation. Lead cross-functional teams during bid management, contract compliance, and proposal development.

What You Bring

Hybrid Role - Must be open to reporting to the Centennial office at least three days a week. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B contract administration, commercial strategy, or channel partner management, preferably in business, finance, or industrial sectors. Demonstrated success in managing complex contracts to achieve financial and operational results. Experience working with channel partners, buyers, or in supply chain roles with a focus on contract execution and compliance. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Familiarity with SAP, Concur, and Ariba are advantageous but not required.
