Tasks

-Develop estimates of project costs. -Develop and review cost estimating data for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) proposals. -Mentor operations staff who conduct project estimating functions. -Establish and refine corporate estimating policies and procedures. -Review estimates prepared by other company estimators and provided by subcontractors.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to work as a project estimator using MS Excel. -Advanced skills in building/automating cost spreadsheets. -Experience with MS Project and P6 Software desired. -Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, geology, or related field. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Experience with RS Means, HCSS and/or estimating packages. -Aptitude to understand, present technical information, and multitask across a number of programs. -Experience in developing, updating, and maintaining estimating systems. -10 years of experience in estimating environmental remediation and munitions response projects.
