Tasks

-Prepare 3D drawings and shop drawings for field and prefabrication use -Interpret construction documentation across disciplines and participate in coordination meetings -Create and maintain high-quality BIM models and assist with constructability reviews -Manage scope using Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination -Assist in developing junior personnel and uphold company/client BIM procedures -Export model data and support visualization needs for field crews

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in BIM, 3D modeling, construction technology, or related field, with strong Revit and Navisworks skills required -Mechanical piping or MEP project experience highly preferred
