  • Supports a learning organization that fosters a high-performance culture.

  • Responsible for executing work management business processes used to execute $400M/yr+ of electric distribution system maintenance and upgrade work within assigned operations centers.
  • Ensures organizational adherence to schedules, milestones, key performance measures, controls and procedures for consistent application across operations.
  • Recommends resourcing determination of company vs contract resources for near-term work.
  • Executes work scheduling practices that ensure internal and external work commitments are achieved, and field crew productivity is maximized.
  • Ensures that work is planned in such a way that prerequisites are managed well in advance of execution, and execution is planned far enough out to allow efficient material and outage coordination.
  • Works closely with operations teams to ensure that planning and scheduling practices support the needs of the workforce as well as internal/external customers.
  • Monitors key performance measures, controls, and procedures to ensure the consistent application of the work management process.
