You’ll collaborate across MSP’s Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Drive Sales: Manage tenders, proposals, and partnerships to grow revenue and expand MSP’s footprint.
  • Build Partnerships: Engage with farmers, cooperatives, NGOs, and government bodies to identify opportunities and secure contracts.
  • Represent MSP: Be our voice at trade shows, conferences, and forums advocating for sustainable energy in agriculture.
  • Tailor Solutions: Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver hybrid energy systems (solar, battery, diesel, grid) that meet agricultural needs.
  • Lead Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on agriculture.

  • Proven success in closing deals and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months, max 6 points).

  • 5–7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in agriculture, energy, or rural infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and relationship builder.
  • Legal right to work in the UK and DBS check required.
  • Experience with donor-funded agricultural programs or government initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural operations and energy needs.
