Operate blast equipment to prep interior/exterior surfaces for coating on night shift.

Tasks

-May metalize surfaces -Caring for our customers, -Be aware of and observe all safety practices. Including but not limited to- Safety glasses, safety boots, hearing protection, etc.… as required -Participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned. -Optimizing operations and -Know and follow all safety rules and procedures. -Integrating sustainability into our daily practices as well as our long-term strategy and promote a results-driven culture that is aligned with long term value creation. -Remove scale, corrosion, paint, and dirt -Follow all safety rules and practices -Purge surfaces of all chemicals and contaminates through simple processes

What You Bring

-Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant. -Basic knowledge of hand tools or ability to learn within 6 months -Proficiently operate automated blast system -Ability to read, write and speak English -2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting -Knowledge of handheld grit blast system or ability to learn within 6 months -Full-time hourly position, this position would require the candidate to be available for multiple shift -Proficiently operate handheld grit blast system -Ability to work as a team, demonstrate high ethical standards, treat all coworkers with dignity and respect and support a positive working culture
