Tasks

-Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal team members to deliver integrated project outcomes. -Collaborate on the design and documentation of a variety of project types including aviation, education, civic, tribal, commercial, and federal facilities. -Apply building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations to develop functional, compliant design solutions. -Produce drawings, specifications, diagrams, 3D models, and reports that align with project goals. -Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and team coordination efforts. -Lead portions of project documentation and guide junior staff in design development. -Support QA/QC efforts and construction administration activities, including submittal reviews and site observations.

What You Bring

-Clear, professional writing and verbal communication skills. -Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and with clients. -For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in applicable state(s). -Degree in Architecture or related design field from a NAAB-accredited program. -5+ years of experience on diverse architectural projects. -Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software. -Mentorship mindset, with a willingness to guide and support junior team members. -Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. -Experience in sectors such as aviation, civic, commercial, tribal, mission critical, or federal work is a plus. -Initiative in identifying solutions and improving workflow efficiencies. -For unlicensed professionals: Active pursuit of licensure and strong portfolio required. -Strong understanding of building codes, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination. -Critical thinking and creativity in solving complex design challenges.
