Overview
Design and manage landscape architecture projects, from planning to construction.

Tasks
-Preparation/review of deliverables including reports, cost estimates, renderings, plans and specifications. -Master planning through detailed design activities as both a project manager and project contributor. -Business development activities including but not limited to networking, preparation of proposals, interviewing, and negotiating fees. -Mentoring and technical oversight of junior and mid-level staff.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. -Land and site planning design experience highly preferred -Registration as a Landscape Architect is required. -Bachelor’s or master’s in landscape architecture from an accredited University or College. -In-house Up and Ready Civil 3D Software Training Program -Ability to lead presentations in both public and private settings. Experience with leading projects through a design review, entitlement or other similar public approval process is highly desired. -Some travel will be required to undertake the job duties described above. Travel may be planned or on an immediate basis and the candidate will need to be flexible in meeting project deadlines. -5+ years of professional experience as a Landscape Architect including experience with planning and design of communities, parks, streetscapes, and other similar project types. -Demonstrated experience with industry software applications (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Design Suite, Sketch-up, Lumion and all Microsoft Office programs). -Strong written and oral communication skills.
