Tasks
-Ensure all project estimates are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the project. Become familiar with each estimate to fully support its integrity. -Review the subcontract pre-billing worksheet and monthly progress payment request; and monitor payment receipts and disbursements. -Review and monitor all design and construction phase documents for conformance with the budget, schedule and prime contract. -Prepare instructions and coordinate bidding process; review subcontractor bids for conformance, qualifications and financial factors. -Ensure preparation and implementation of project chart of accounts. -Confer with the Project Superintendent and the Scheduling Department to provide input for the pre-bid and master construction schedule. -Prepare monthly project forecasts, cost reports and construction billing forecasts and other monthly project reports as required. -Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, contract purchase orders, agreement change orders and change order requests. -Supervise, mentor and conduct quarterly check-ins for all employees assigned to this position. Perform regular performance reviews as required by company policy.

This employee will manage and control the total scope of services as defined in contract documents for one or multiple projects throughout Phoenix. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to manage single or multiple projects up to $50 million -Ability to drive a motorized vehicle. -7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager -Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture. -Valid Drivers License with no suspensions or restrictions.
