Tasks

As the driving force on site, you will identify and report building defects, manage on-site activities with engineers and suppliers, and act as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters. This role is central to ensuring a first-class workplace experience for all building users. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of building operations, contractor management, and workplace services, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. You will play a vital role in communicating and executing the property and workplace strategy, fostering collaboration between the property, technical services, and FM teams to deliver continuous improvement and exceptional service. -Manage contractors and suppliers in line with company standards and procedures. -Drive continuous improvement and support workplace engagement initiatives. -Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality management systems. -Maintain accurate site records and communications with stakeholders. -Identify and report defects, coordinating remedial works where required. -Act as the main on-site contact for engineers, property teams, and suppliers. -Oversee daily building operations, ensuring smooth and safe service delivery.
