Receptionist

Overview

Manage front desk, greet visitors, handle calls/mail, and provide admin support.

Tasks

-Retrieve and distribute messages from general delivery voicemail. -Maintain neat appearance of lobby, reception desk, kitchen, and conference rooms. -Replenish postage meter when funds are low. -Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. -Assist callers with general questions. -Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. -Maintain supplies for Corporate Office and model homes by keeping inventory and placing orders. -Greet and announce office visitors. -Post all outgoing US Mail. -Receive, open, date stamp, and distribute all US Mail.
