Overview
Assist with benefits, well‑being, data analysis and communications for Total Rewards.

Tasks
-Collaborate with key stakeholders and colleagues across the business. -Analyze total rewards data and develop reports to support decision-making. -Assist with well-being programming and events. -Assist with Total Rewards communications and portal content. -Assist with benefit benchmarking and survey completion.

What You Bring
-Experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Ability to work well independently and with minimal supervision. -Strong data analysis and attention to detail. -Ability to exercise discretion with confidential data. -Strong communication skills, both oral and written. -Self-motivated, with demonstrated high level of responsibility and professionalism. -Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items and walk short distances. -Preferred Bachelor's Degree : Junior or Senior in College who is actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, benefits, finance, health/well-being or related fields. -Use project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. -Required High School or Equivalent
