Tasks
-Design Management - Sets clear objectives for the design team. Ensures design team is aware of and complies with client's Basis of Design and applicable regulations and codes. Monitors design activities, inter-discipline data flow and communications. -Communications Management - Ongoing monitoring of the communication network between project staff, the client and third parties and introduction of changes where required. -Scope Management - Clearly defines scope and compliance with requirements of the contract. Effectively manages change control process application, project interfaces, including use of High Value Engineering Centers. -HSE Management - Ensures compliance with all HSE procedures and that that HSE requirements are documented and understood by all project participants. -Team Management - Provides clear and focused leadership for the project team to create a vision for project success and a strategy to fit that vision. Focuses on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives. Provides mentoring and participates in staff performance evaluations. -Quality Management - Defines the project quality requirements. Ensures the right systems are in place and applied on the project. Develops a project schedule which allows work to be executed in logical sequences. Ensures compliance with Worley policies and procedures. -Risk Management - Identifies project risks and opportunities. Monitors closure of all identified risks and opportunities.

What You Bring
-12+ years of project engineering experience, including at least 10 years in supervisory, project management, or technical leadership roles. Experience with workshare environments and engineering (E) or engineering/procurement (EP) project delivery models. -Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with professional registration in the applicable local jurisdiction. -Capable of making independent decisions and setting priorities in complex situations, while considering cost and schedule impacts based on established project guidelines. -Professional engineering licensure in the relevant U.S. state; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from a globally recognized organization such as PMI, IPMA, APM, or AIPM. -Experience in EPCM and EPC project delivery, including on-site assignments. Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural and multinational environments. -Demonstrated ability to support team members and troubleshoot technical or project-related issues. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Skilled in organizing information from multiple sources in accordance with company standards and policies.
