Tasks

-Work closely with Mobile Maintenance staff in analyzing, modeling, and building programmatic approach to ensure optimal performance of client buildings. -Perform ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources. -Collect all applicable datasets/reference tables, scrub/condition, and process into analytics tool for isolated or blended metrics and analysis on a regular ongoing cadence. -Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE units. -Prepare and present results of analysis and report along with their relative impacts to the business to all levels of management. -Utilizes programming and analytical tools including SQL, and the Microsoft Technology stack to develop data models and or extract insight. -Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day function.

What You Bring

-Strong ability to develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse and standardize data that helps create insight and addresses reporting needs. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of Data Analytics experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Experience building data visualization and/or reporting solutions through Tableau or similar BI tools. -Experience in Alteryx/Savant preferred. -Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Strong MS Office Suite expertise. -Strong ability to identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE units.
