-Provide Service Operations with daily time and service tickets -To provide accurate and timely service of HVAC equipment as directed -Troubleshoot / repair / maintain HVAC systems -Perform general maintenance of HVAC systems -Maintain skill levels as required

What You Bring

-Completion of 5 year apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of experience and education -Minimum 1-5 years experience in commercial HVAC industry -Proficient in MS Office and Outlook -Must have CFC certification -Ability to safely drive a commercial van loaded with tools, frequent visits to job sites -Experience with airside and chillers is preferred -Must have minimum 1 Journeyman license within MD, DC, VA. Must have Journeyman licenses within MD and DC within 6 months of hire -Able to climb ladders, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time -Lift a minimum 50lbs frequently, and able to work indoors and outdoors through seasonal changes -Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required
