Service A/R Specialist

Handle service and maintenance collections, send statements, and follow up overdue accounts.

Tasks

-Send certified letters to unresponsive customers. -Monitor customer account detail for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. -Carry out collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. -Send out statements monthly. -Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts. -Research invoices questioned by customers and respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner. -Responsible for all service and maintenance collections. -Follow-up via phone and email with customer on overdue accounts. -Add all unresponsive customers to the record keeping sheet. Communicate support needed to management group. -Maintain up-to-date collections system.
