Tasks

-Lead negotiations on pricing agreements with external partners using carefully prepared competitive benchmarking and trend analysis data -Conduct production planning and supplier capacity modelling as required -Utilize knowledge of suppliers for long lead equipment (LLE) -Develop, implement and manage supply chain strategies on a global scale -Manage contract preparation, finalisation and administration with rigorous attention to detail -Conduct prequalification and shortlisting of suppliers through bid analysis, making award recommendations -Manage the onboarding of on-site supplier teams and foster a positive supplier relationship through expert liaison with site and vendor teams -Generate and manage project budgets, preparing and organizing documents required for approvals -Create weekly reports and dashboards to monitor overall progress and identify any risk in the supply chain -Assist with the procurement and contract administration for a variety of contracts including architects, engineers, general contractors and equipment vendors

What You Bring

-Have a degree in a procurement or supply chain management related discipline -Are detail orientated and quality focused -Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing -Should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in procurement, Master’s in Procurement is preferred. -Have experience in pre-qualifying vendors and managing tenders for Capex construction services projects, with good knowledge of Capex contracts mechanisms -Have an understanding of Singapore construction contract law -Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
