Validate and process fault-related billing, ensuring accurate cost and invoicing.

Tasks

-Identify opportunities for process improvement in the billing cycle and contribute to automation and system enhancements -Reconcile work orders, investigate discrepancies, and follow up with operational teams to resolve issues -Review and validate fault response job data including time, materials, and job completion status -Maintain and update billing records in ERP and service management systems -Accurately prepare and process billing cards in preparation for billing for faults work under regulated and customer-specific contracts. -Support internal reporting on faults volumes, billing performance, and audit readiness

What You Bring

-Solid Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems -Understanding of job costing, revenue recovery, and basic accounting principles -Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders -Experience in billing or finance activities and processes ideally in utilities, infrastructure, or a service-based industry -Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
