Tasks
This position will be a senior role in the Buildots’s UK, Ireland & Nordics Sales team, and will be focused on winning new accounts and expanding existing accounts within a defined territory. The team leads the sales and expansion efforts into the region’s target accounts, creating the basis for long-term relationships and significant revenue growth. -Map and develop existing customer base to grow partnership through added value -Tenaciously follow through and prioritise customer needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company -Meet quarterly/yearly sales quota within prospective accounts -Use a ‘partnership’ approach and work as a consultant to build trust and credibility with customers -Build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting -Focused on building long-term relationships with customers

What You Bring
We are looking for an Account Executive with a background in the construction space and proven track record of success in B2B selling. You will have the opportunity to drive Buildots' growth and expand our business in the UK. -Be comfortable with prospecting, outbound activities and developing existing accounts -Copes well under pressure -Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills -Proven track record as a team player -Comfortable meeting and speaking with senior executives -Must be comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement; 3 days a week in our London office -Sensitive to customer and stakeholder business needs, with great listening skills -Determined and target orientated -Strong sense of integrity -Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or ConTech – must -Comfortable having conversations with a diverse range of customers across different roles, countries and cultures in person, over the phone or on video calls
