The Role

Overview

Design industrial refrigeration chillers, create 2D/3D drawings, support manufacturing.

Tasks

-Provide technical support for manufacturing and maintenance service, coordinate and solve drawing problems of products. -Abide by the company's ethics policy, company system, policy and process, and comply with the quality requirements related to the position. -Advocate the construction of corporate culture in the Department. -Responsibility to support in manufacturing engineering activities like preparation of drawings for jigs, fixtures, tooling. -Prepare fabrication drawings for chiller components including development views, welding details, weight, notes, technical information, etc. -Prepare complete & detail drawings for chiller assembly and parts in 3D and 2D software, conversion of 3D model to 2D detailed drawing. -Ensure correctness and compliance of drawing to meet design and specification requirements. sustainability and improvement in quality of drawing. Responsibility for detailed design of non-standard order (SQ), timely delivery of drawings, BOM. -Engineering of post-order activities of Industrial Refrigeration Systems (Ammonia, propylene and/or freon refrigerants like R22/R404A/R449A/R507 for subzero temperature / cooling applications, Ammonia BOG applications etc.,) Responsibility to support in PDM/PLM and proper storage and maintain drawings as per policy. -Implement the company's safety, environmental protection and health management regulations; Identify and rectify the environmental factors and hazards of the post and remember the major risks and important environmental factors of the company; Effective implementation of the company's safety, environmental protection and health management objectives and management programs. Complete the task temporarily assigned by the superior.

What You Bring

-Education: DME or above in mechanical engineering and other related majors. -Others: familiar with computer applications like Microsoft Office Suite Applications, 2D AutoCAD, 3D software, SAP or similar tools. -Work experience: more than 4 years of experience in the HVAC System preferable Industrial Refrigeration Systems (Ammonia, propylene and/or freon refrigerants like R22/R404A/R449A/R507 for subzero temperature / cooling applications, Ammonia BOG applications etc.) -Aware of HVAC System and Components design
