Tasks

-Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects -Participate in project meetings and quality review sessions -Review and approve test results and inspection reports -Timely completion of quality inspections -Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions -Provide technical guidance to construction teams -Verify compliance with structural and architectural specifications -Perform quality audits and assessments of construction activities -Interface with clients on quality-related matters -Generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) and track resolution -Monitor construction methods and workmanship quality -Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants -Document quality metrics and performance indicators -Prepare detailed quality control reports and documentation -Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards -Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and approvals -Coordinate and supervise material testing (concrete, steel, soil, etc.) -Conduct pre-delivery inspections and punch list creation -Review construction drawings and specifications for quality requirements -Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes -Conduct comprehensive inspections of construction work at various stages
