Tasks

-Manage crisis communications and protect brand reputation. -Track trends and competitor activity to inform creative strategies. -Provide communications support for key marketing campaigns. -Lead social-first digital PR campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. -Drive influencer and ambassador strategy, including recruitment, management, and content co-creation. -Develop integrated campaigns combining influencer, sponsorship, and PR activities. -Deliver proactive media engagement and thought leadership across net zero products and services. -Build strong relationships with rights holders and stakeholders to unlock activation opportunities. -Oversee sponsorship activation plans, influencer strategy, and digital PR budgets. -Monitor influencer performance and provide actionable insights to leadership. -Support commercial business cases for sponsorship proposals.

What You Bring

-Significant proven experience – agency experience would be preferable in a social agency or PR agency. -A Marketing, Communications or equivalent third-level qualification. -Ability and flexibility to work outside office hours as required by the nature of some events. -Ability to work under pressure as part of a dynamic team. -Commercially astute and comfortable owning KPI’s and reporting on numbers. -Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. -Excellent communication skills with the ability to form, establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
