Manage HVAC construction and BAS projects across Midwest, leading teams and ensuring delivery.

Tasks

-Assess project team staffing needs and recruit new team members as necessary. -Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue backlog forecasting, underbilling, revenue reconciliation, and assistance with accounts receivable issues. -Utilize Carrier Project Management tools and systems to manage and track project progress. -Ensure projects meet all milestones, timelines, budgets, and performance targets. -Oversee the Midwest region that includes Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pittsburgh, Memphis, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. -Facilitate effective communication between project teams, functional groups, and external clients. -Ensure compliance with all Carrier policies and codes of conduct. -Supervise and mentor a team consisting of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Controls Field Engineers, and Project Coordinators. -Lead and manage project schedules in collaboration with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. -Develop and implement best practices for project management, including standards, procedures, and tools. -Use job information systems to monitor job-specific data and support procurement/manufacturing requirements.

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -5+ years of project management experience -Willing to travel up to 35% in the Midwest United States -Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize both short-term issues and long-term projects. -Strategic and tactical thinking to ensure project completion success. -Ability to effectively communicate ideas and establish credibility as a leader. -Resilience in high-pressure, rapidly changing business environments. -Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with integrated project teams. -Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -5+ years of HVAC experience -High School Diploma or GED -Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and foster collaboration. -1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
