Perform gas servicing, handle call‑outs, ensure safety, and deliver customer support.

Tasks

-Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety -Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards -Complete annual gas servicing working to health & safety guidelines, safe working practices, operational procedures, gas safety regulations and specifications. -Report/complete works using your PDA

What You Bring

-A full UK driving license -ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT -Ability to manage your time and workload independently -Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules -Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public -Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) are desirable -A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations -Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards -Recognised formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) (desirable) -Must be available for out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis
