Tasks

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate tender drawings and documentation that support the delivery of compliant, cost-effective, and buildable home designs. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure every plan meets design intent, compliance standards, and tender requirements. -Ensure all documentation meets compliance, buildability, and customer requirements -Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Estimating, Design, and Construction to coordinate information for tenders -Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance drafting efficiency and accuracy -Review drawings for accuracy and consistency before issue -Identify and resolve potential design or compliance issues early in the process -Maintain accurate electronic records of all plans and revisions in line with version control standards -Prepare and deliver tender and preliminary drawings that align with design briefs, NCC, and developer guidelines

What You Bring

-Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment -Proven experience preparing tender or preliminary documentation for residential projects -Strong understanding of NCC, Basix, NatHERS, and DA/CDC requirements -Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience highly regarded) -Loan Market Elevate – expert financial solutions to support our customers’ property journeys -3+ years’ experience in residential drafting within the volume home building industry -Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments -Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate documentation
