Tasks

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. -Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address issues to minimize delays and cost overruns. -Stay up to date on industry trends, construction best practices, and regulatory changes impacting dealership, automotive, and warehouse construction projects. -Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and execution from preconstruction through completion. -Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls, adjusting plans as needed to meet project objectives. -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, construction standards, and safety protocols. -Prepare detailed project reports, track progress, and maintain comprehensive project documentation for internal and client review. -Implement and enforce company and regulatory safety standards on all job sites, promoting a culture of safety and accountability. -Mentor and provide guidance to field staff and junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team. -Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, milestones, and quality standards.
