Tasks

-Mentor Continuous Improvement Project Leads in methodologies such as Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile, Design Thinking, and PDCA to build a culture of excellence. -Partner with the business to pinpoint improvement opportunities, plan implementations, and boost productivity for tangible results. -Coordinate audits and provide essential support to meet business standards. -Conduct in-depth data analysis, create insightful dashboards, and interpret patterns and trends to inform key decisions. -Guide the business in applying effective process management techniques and quality tools, including problem-solving, risk analysis, FMEA, RCA, and more. -Administer quality and process improvements, identifying and addressing gaps to ensure smooth operations. -Drive Impact and Excellence You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing operations and fostering continuous improvement. -Join our internal quality coordinators group to support organizational needs and bridge gaps in standards. -Collaborate closely with the Function Head to drive quality and process enhancements across the organization.

What You Bring

-Trained in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Minitab, R, Tableau, Python, and SQL. -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. -LSSMBB (Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt) certified. -10-12 years of relevant experience in coordinating and supporting process and continuous improvement projects. -ISO 9001:2015 QMS trained or certified (minimally emphasized). -Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate, bringing creative solutions and fresh ideas to enhance processes and drive business growth. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and collaboration skills. -Basic knowledge of additional standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 22301, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) is a plus, but not a primary focus. -Expertise in analyzing, modeling, and interpreting large data sets for diagnostic and predictive insights. -Background in quality management, business continuity, RCA, CAPA, and implementing end-to-end process improvements. -Familiarity with project management tools, metrics, and dashboards.
