What You Bring

-Experience attending Zoning Hearing Board, Planning Commission and Council/Board of Supervisors meetings. -Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities. -Very familiar with procedures and checklists, uniform applications (where possible), NOV’s, and reviewing/approving templates. -ICC CZO and/or PAZZO CZO certification preferred -Proven, effective communication skills and ability to work remotely and with limited supervision. -Experience with a variety of zoning topics and associated permits needed to obtain a Zoning Permit. -At least five years' work experience as a Zoning Officer, Zoning Administration, preferably in a capacity with or for a municipal government, and be familiar with business and municipal operations. -Current, valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites. -Be active in the community, municipal boards and/or professional societies (preferred) -Certified Flood Plain Manager or Flood Plain management experience preferred -Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with Isett associates and our clients.
