Tasks

-Analyse tender documents and negotiate subcontract packages -Prepare activity and resource schedules -Oversee internal reporting, KPIs, and cost control -Promote best practice and digital/LEAN initiatives in commercial governance -Support the recruitment and development of junior commercial staff -Lead commercial planning and forecasting

What You Bring

-BPSS or (ideally) SC Security Clearance -Familiarity with NEC4 Option E (Cost Reimbursable) contracts -Chartered status (MRICS, MCInstCES, or MCIOB) or working towards it -Strong stakeholder and client management skills -A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent -Previous experience on major build or infrastructure projects -A CSCS (Professionally Qualified Person) card
