Preconstruction Manager

Tasks

-Partner closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align scope and pricing. -Develop detailed estimates, budgets, and schedules from conceptual through final GMP. -Impact: Influence preconstruction strategy and play a critical part in winning and shaping future work. -Support smooth handoff to operations teams to ensure project success through execution. -Lead and manage the full preconstruction process across multiple commercial projects. -Conduct quantity take-offs and manage subcontractor outreach, bid analysis, and scope reviews. -Interpret drawings, specs, and RFPs to produce accurate, competitive costs. -Present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
