-Lead and oversee the design process, ensuring quality and compliance. -Manage programmes, budgets, and sub-contract design resources. -Review and approve drawings, schedules, and site activities. -Guide the design team and coordinate with clients, site teams, and suppliers. -Monthly office visit and quarterly Design Team meetings in Aylesbury.

What You Bring
