Tasks

-Identify potential customers in the segment and develop relationship with existing & new -Segment Managers located at regions shall be first point of contact for the respective region. -Participation in seminars, exhibitions to expand customer and market reach -Analyze latest marketing trends and know your competition. -Regular feedback from the customers to identify improvement areas -Identify business potential in the respective segment through regular market scan. -Meet customer timelines with close coordination with application team -Monitor and approve activity as applicable of executive regional office -Focus on achieving sales forecast and growth plan across pan India. -Overall Regional Office administration within budgets ensuring regulatory and statutory compliances relating to ROs. -Identify need of development of new product and improvements in the product. -Enlist the equipment with EPCM/PMC for Project specific vendors list. -Commercial negotiations with customers -Support project execution team to resolve critical issues with customers -customers and ensure support from organization towards the customer satisfaction -To build Key accounts in the region by building strong relationship with customers -Lead sales & business development of the new compressors in the respective market segment.

What You Bring

-Good Business Acumen -Knowledge of sales tools like CRM -Customer centric approach with good negotiation skills -Knowledge of reciprocating compressors or other Rotating equipment shall be an advantage -A winner of GreenCo Gold and other various ISO certifications, we encourage you to inhibit the same to contribute in a much greener tomorrow! -Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 12+ years’ experience in Sales, MBA Marketing will be added advantage
