Implementation Project Manager

Lead client implementations of Projectmates, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and support.

Tasks

-Coordinating and conducting training of customer end-users on all applicable elements of the Projectmates platform. These end-users may have administrative, managerial or executive roles within their organization, each with its own training needs. -Managing customer expectations, documentation, timelines, deliverables and support needs. -Working cross-functionally with our Customer Relationship, Sales and Marketing teams. -Continuously improving the implementation process to reduce unnecessary steps, redundant activities and improve customer satisfaction. -Building trusted relationships, guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring they apply Projectmates best practices and that their needs are being met. -Maintaining expert-level knowledge of the Projectmates platform, its use by clients, and the implementation process to provide optimal solutions and product configuration. -Creating reference manuals, SOPs, training material, etc.

This role requires a gifted multitasker who can confidently articulate and engage in conversations about Projectmates. This role is ultimately accountable for the successful implementation of the Projectmates platform with our clients. -Possess a high proficiency for training, coaching and consultative leadership. -Have a minimum 2-4 years of documented success in a similar role in the software industry (preferred). -Are software savvy with the ability to learn robust and highly complex software product. -Are detail-oriented, highly organized and a fast learner. -Have knowledge of construction project management (This is a plus, but not required). -Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience. -Are able to prioritize positive impact over busywork. -Strong interpersonal skills with superior written and verbal communication skills.
