Tasks

-Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with booking and leading resident-centered activities in Independent, Assisted, Memory Care service levels in coordination with the Assisted Living Director and Director of Memory Care. -Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities -Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events -Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with (including but not limited to) -Formatting and distributing digital and print calendars

What You Bring

-Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills -Flexible, innovative and demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions -Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. -Exceptional customer service skills -Clean driving record -You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle. -This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light. -High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
