- Responsible for assisting in the scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnel
- Assist in performance management of the team
- Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects
- Communicate with Superintendent, client and subcontractors
- Oversee field staff, Safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality, productivity and company vehicle organization for assigned project
- Ensure all safety requirements are adhered to everyday/always (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.)
- Manage construction site for divisional responsibility

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a Sr. Technician level or higher within the construction industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work in elevated locations
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations
- Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company
- English speaking, bilingual preferred
- Able to communicate expectations and lead others
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
- Able to work independently without significant supervision
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents
- OSHA 30 certification
