Tasks
-Support and mentor project teams, ensuring consistent implementation of company standards and processes -Provide executive-level oversight on multiple K-12 and public-sector construction projects -Identify and mitigate risk while maintaining overall project profitability -Maintain client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key district and design stakeholders -Oversee preconstruction efforts, budgets, GMP development, and project buyout -Lead large, community-impact projects that shape education in North Texas -Participate in strategic planning and business development to strengthen market presence in the education sector -Conduct post-project reviews and promote continuous improvement across teams -Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance

The Project Executive will serve as a key leader responsible for the performance, strategy, and profitability of multiple concurrent projects. This role requires an experienced builder who can oversee project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure operational excellence from preconstruction through final delivery. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience managing ground-up K-12 or institutional projects. -Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration -Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and other project management platforms -Experience overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously -Proven success managing ground-up K-12 or institutional projects $20M–$150M+ -15+ years of experience in commercial construction with 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role -Excellent communication, leadership, and client-relationship skills -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required
