-Follow up on customer needs for energy storage, decompose requirements, and carry out product development and change management; -Responsible for technical communication and product promotion of energy storage; -Identify risks and develop system solutions during product development; -Collect and analyze technical requirements for energy storage projects;

What You Bring

-Ability to read, write, speak, hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach and lift with hands and arms frequently throughout the day. -Ability to sit for extended periods of time. -Highly automated, clean, safe, and temperature-controlled production environment -Strong ability to handle pressure and explore new opportunities, and willing to accept new challenges; -Rich experience in energy storage system solutions, with deep understanding and engagement experience in the North American energy storage market and customers (integrators/IPP/owners); -Knowledge of Energy Storage related products, with a background in R&D technology preferred; -Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards) -Background in electrochemistry, mechanical, electrical engineering, etc.; -Strong communication skills, with leadership qualities; -Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards) -Strong resource integration and cross-disciplinary thinking abilities. -Bachelor's degree or above, good English communication skills, experience working in North America preferred;
