Tasks

-Monitor production, labor trends, and cost performance -Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives -Oversee procurement, compliance, and project documentation -Manage change orders, risks, and project reporting -Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts -Coordinate with clients, engineers, superintendents, and internal teams -Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of heavy civil and utility projects

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground utility projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact infrastructure work, collaborate with strong field and office teams, and drive projects from pre-construction through closeout. -Background in project controls or cost engineering -Experience with P6 or MS Project -Experience handling RFIs, submittals, billings, and contract compliance -Familiarity with AIA contracts, prevailing wage, and labor compliance -5+ years managing heavy civil or underground utility projects -Strong leadership and mentoring abilities -Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills -Proficiency in cost control, scheduling, and forecasting -Ability to develop and negotiate change orders -Experience on industrial, commercial, or municipal civil projects -Skilled with SAGE 300, Bluebeam, B2W, and Microsoft Office
